How much will the fine be in Wisconsin for driving without a driver license?

In Wisconsin driving without a license is a 3 point offense and normally comes with fine for a first offense.  From the WI statute listed below it appears the base fine is not more than $200.

WI Code Chapter 343 Section 343.05 subdivision 3 states that no person may operate a motor vehicle which is not a commercial motor vehicle upon a highway in this state unless the person possesses a valid operator’s license issued to the person by the department which is not revoked, suspended, canceled or expired.

Subdivision 5 gives the penalty which is one may be required to forfeit not more than $200 for the first offense, may be fined not more than $300 and imprisoned for not more than 30 days for the 2nd offense occurring within 3 years, and may be fined not more than $500 and imprisoned for not more than 6 months for the 3rd or subsequent offense occurring within 3 years.

This subdivision goes on to say the following

2. A person whose operator’s license has expired not more than 3 months before a violation of sub. (3) (a) may be required to forfeit not more than $100 for the first offense.

3. a. Any person who, in the course of operating a motor vehicle which is not a commercial motor vehicle upon a highway in this state knowingly without a valid operator’s license issued to the person by the department or knowingly with an operator’s license that has been revoked, suspended, or canceled, causes damage to the property of another shall be required to forfeit $1,000.

b. Any person who, in the course of operating a motor vehicle which is not a commercial motor vehicle upon a highway in this state knowingly without a valid operator’s license issued to the person by the department or knowingly with an operator’s license that has been revoked, suspended, or canceled, causes injury to another person shall be required to forfeit $5,000.

c. Any person who, in the course of operating a motor vehicle which is not a commercial motor vehicle upon a highway in this state knowingly without a valid operator’s license issued to the person by the department or knowingly with an operator’s license that has been revoked, suspended, or canceled, causes great bodily harm to another person is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

The court should be able to tell you the amount you are required to pay for driving without a license if you ticketed for this offense.  In the statutes above they tell the forfeiture amount.  The forfeiture for an offense is only one part of the total penalty that you must pay there are also surcharges and fees added to that amount.
